Ondine Barnt is a 6th degree black belt and has been training in Tae Kwon-Do since 1994. Ondine has additional training in Judo, Ju Jitsu and SHARP (sexual harassment and rape prevention) and loves to teach how to use Martial Arts weapons. Ondine has a special passion for women's self-defense classes and loves to see women acquire the confidence to defend themselves. Ondine strives for her students to gain proficiency and confidence. 

James Barnt is a 6th degree black belt and has been training in Tae Kwon-Do since 1994. He also has training in Ju Jitsu, Boxing and Judo. He is a certified instructor in Krav Maga and also an instructor for many Law Enforcement self defense courses. James has a very extensive knowledge of weaponry and is passionate about passing on self defense knowledge. Like Ondine, James strives for his students to gain proficiency and confidence.
